Transcripts

Transcripts are required from each college attended, whether or not you were enrolled for a degree program. This includes transcripts for credits transferred to the degree-granting institution. We do not require transcripts for:

  1. Advanced Placement credits, provided these were earned in special high school programs and are noted on the college transcript.
  2. summer or outside special course work of 6 credits or fewer.
  3. study abroad credits if they were part of your bachelor’s degree and are noted on the college transcript;
  4. certificate course work above and beyond the bachelor’s degree (though it might be helpful to add this record if you are applying to any of our M.F.A. programs).

Unofficial transcripts, interim transcripts, or a list of courses completed that have been accessed from your school’s database by you or someone else are not acceptable.
