Getting Assistance at the Tisch Asia Campus
For information about the features of your 2420 or 2500 office desk phone, please click on the link to the instructions on the right.
If you are experiencing problems with the operation of your phone, please fill out the Tech Support Form.
To request additional phone service or to relocate a phone to another room on campus, please fill out the TischAsia ITS Service Request Form located to the right, save it to your computer and email it as an attachment to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Network and Technical Support
If you are experiencing problems with connectivity to the internet from your office ethernet connection on campus, fill out the Tech Support Form. If you need assistance with Film production or other equipment, fill out the Tech support Form as well or email email@example.com

Email or NYU Home Assistance
Please see the Help with NYU Home link on the NYU Home login page. Once logged in to NYU Home, you can submit your question or request from the AskITS channel on the opening screen. If you are unable to log into NYU Home, fill out the Tisch Tech Support Request Form.
Connecting to NYU from your Home
If you connect to NYU-NET using a non-NYU Internet Service Provider (ISP), you may need to use NYU-NET Proxy to authenticate yourself as an NYU community member when you are connecting to certain NYU resources. Please see the Connect Off Campus link from the NYU ITS site located to the right.
In case of emergency or if you need to speak to a security officer, dial 777 from any campus digital phone.
