Kaizin Pooniwala (Animation & Digital Arts, Class of 2010) being interviewed

Mumbai Media Visit

Growing interest among young adults in India seeking an education abroad in the Arts, Media and Design was the main reason for a visit by UTVI anchor, Ms Rhadika Bajaj and her crew for the television program, Cracking Careers.

UTVI is a 24-hour English business news channel whose coverage spans the whole of India. Cracking Careers is a popular television show targeted at young adults, showcasing the experience of successful people in the industry – their education, their hardships and their lifestyle – to help young minds zero in on their career of choice.

Through interviews with Jean-Marc Gauthier, Director, Animation and Digital Arts, and Kaizin Pooniwala (Class of 2010, Animation and Digital Arts), the UTVI crew sought a better understanding behind choosing Singapore as a destination for education in the Arts, Media and Design. Ms Bajaj was also curious about placement opportunities for students after graduation and avenues through which prospective students can seek financial aid, scholarships and grants for tuition.
