Biography

Jonathan Kok is a lawyer in private practice with over 20 years experience in advising and handling Intellectual Property, Media and Entertainment, Sports, Information Technology and General Corporate and Commercial transactions. He regularly advises clients on the strategic protection and commercialization of their intellectual property rights in relation to their commercial transactions in Singapore and abroad. His clients include production companies, advertising agencies, franchisors, and software developers. In the course of acting for clients in the media industry, he has regular dealings with the Media Development Authority of Singapore. He is one of the co-authors of the Singapore Forms and Precedents volume on Media published by LexisNexis Butterworths.
