Jessika Auerbach Adjunct Instructor Tisch Asia

Biography

Jessika Auerbach holds a BA/MA in Modern History and Modern Languages from Oxford University, and an MFA in Dramatic Writing from NYU Tisch School of the Arts Asia.  She is a former Editorial Director of the Overlook Press in New York, where she edited and published original works of fiction and non-fiction for a subsidiary of Viking Penguin. She has had extensive experience working and writing in Asia, as Director of FairElite Public Relations in Hong Kong, Asia Pacific Manager of Corporate Communications with Colliers Jardine, and freelance journalist with the HK Standard and I-Mail.  She is also the author of And Nanny Makes Three published in 2007 by St. Martin's Press in New York. She and her family have been based in Singapore since 2005, and she is currently working on her second book, a script for a feature film, and two short plays.
