Check-in & Check-out Equipment Procedures
In order to check-out equipment for the Production Center the students, faculty and staff need to fill out a pick sheet and schedule the check-out at least 72 hours (three days) in advance. A time and date will be arranged for that check-out, if the check-out needs be rescheduled or canceled that must happen 24 hours before the scheduled check-out. There is a $25 no show fee for missing any reservation. All equipment that is requested must be checked out, you cannot decide during the check-out that you do not need a particular item. Please check all the equipment to see if it is in good order as you will be responsible to bring it back in the same condition. During check-out a check-in date and time will be agreed. Do not miss your appointment as there will be a fine plus a late fee of $10 per every 1/2 hr including nights and weekends. For more information please see the handbook or the help page. The procedure for checkout of on-equipment kept with the Animation Area Manager will be available in the next few days.

Access to Work Stations in the Main Lab
Students are required to book a workstation 24hrs in advance of the intended time and date of use. Students are able to book multiple time slots for multiple days at the same time.
