Step-By-Step Registration Instructions
**Classes for Summer 2008 have been canceled
1. Please note the registration deadline.
Deadline: 24 May 2008To register for the Tisch Asia Summer Filmmaking Certificate, it is necessary to complete the following steps.
2. Select your courses, noting the prerequisites, tuition and fees.
3. Complete the registration form, including the total amount of tuition and fees due to Tisch Asia.

4. Determine method of payment.
You may:
a. Submit a check made payable to NYU Tisch School of the Arts Asia.
b. Pay via credit card. NYU accepts Mastercard, American Express, and Discover only. The university does not accept Visa. Please note: a 2.5% service charge is assessed to all credit card payments. Credit card transactions will be processed by NYU’s Bursar in New York.
c. Pay by wire transfer. Individuals who are unable or who do not wish to pay via check, or credit card may make payment via wire transfer.
If you would like to wire funds directly to NYU, please follow the steps below:
Complete all sections of the registration form. In the payment method section, check the box for "wire transfer."
Mail or fax your registration form to Tisch Asia. Once we receive your form, we will email you the wire transfer instructions and your NYU Student ID number, which you will need in order to complete the transfer. Carefully follow the instructions for completing the wire transfer. Be sure to add the processing fee of $XX to the total amount of tuition and fees to be transferred.
IMPORTANT: Once you have completed the wire transfer, you MUST contact the Tisch Asia at 65 6500 1700. We cannot process your registration until payment is received, and we will NOT check for your payment with the Bursar unless you inform us that the funds have been sent to NYU. Please note that failure to contact us after completing the transfer may result in you losing a spot in your desired course(s).
Once you contact our office to let us know the funds were transferred, we will verify receipt of payment with the Bursar's Office. It may take a few days for the funds to be received. When your funds arrive, we will process your registration, and an email confirmation will then be sent to you, letting you know your registration has been completed.
5. Notification
If there are any problems with your registration, Tisch Asia will contact you via email to resolve the issue. Otherwise, once your registration is processed, you will receive an email with your student ID number and further instructions. A Welcome Packet will also be mailed to your current address.Note: Processing time for mailed/faxed registrations is 2-3 weeks from the time we receive both your registration form and payment. Please note that registrations are processed in the order they are received.
