Primarily a workshop class, designed to develop an advanced draft of the idea each student presented in the previous Spring’s Writing the Thesis I. If the idea is different from that idea presented, the new idea still must be developed to the level of the first. That is, (at the very least) a ten-sentence synopsis of the idea must be presented to the teacher at the beginning of the semester. Grading is based on attendance and successful completion of the assigned draft.
