Advanced 3D Animation Workshop

H64.2130.901       4 Credits

Instructor: Emil Polyak

3D is a constantly evolving field where artists not only need to find the most effective solutions for their ideas but many times develop new tools and collaborate with other disciplines. In the last couple of years we realized that we can create more accurate simulations, more realistic renders and more believable animations by simplifying number of techniques and at the same time increasing the amount of control that the artist has over the work. There is a strong now bridge between visualization, films, games and interactive 3D with an opportunity to share the techniques. The advanced topics include fluid, hair and fur simulations, animating crowds, dealing with complex photo realistic integrations and advanced creature rigging. It is a project based class which provides flexibility to work and solve production issues on individual and team level inside the studio environment.
